Well, it looks as if Fr. McKenna has been eliminated. Now it is down to Fr. Antinarelli and Fr. Bonsignore. Who could have guessed? The next (last?) session is posted to your right. I would deeply appreciate it if we made this decisive, because we are looking for a 2/3 majority, plus 1. If it's a deadlock, we will start a little debate as to who should be bishop and why.

If necessary, yes. I have a feeling that we won't come anywhere near a 67% majority either way.
It's literally neck and neck. 11-10 Fr. A in the lead as of 1:30. Two very solid candidates.

I am dreaming if this should be real we will all be hired to work for the winner. Imagine ourselves (the cleansing fire bloggers on Buffalo road.) As long as we are dreaming... can I be Director of Re-Opening Our Schools? I can't think of anything that would be make me happier than telling Fr. Wheeland at Holy Cross that he could re-open his school doors and welcome the kids back in!

Sister E - Lemoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur which comes from Southern Italy. Traditionally it is made from lemon from Sorrento. It not sour, has a bright yellow color (like Big Bird)and is sweet and very lemony. Sometimes it is spelt Limoncello.
All of you rock!!! I can't shake the feeeling that God is calling me to be a priest. I have tried 2x with this diocese and was let go. It is coming on the 2 year anniversary where I gave everything I had to get into major seminary. I was informed that I was "Emotionally shutdown." by Frs. Tim Horan, Mike Conboy, & Carol Dady, if that doesn't turn the knife. I had been serving as an intern at St. Charles Borromeo in Greece during that summer. I so much want to be a part of the restoration that is definitely on the horizon for this diocese. It sounds crazy, but I can really sense it coming on the horizon.

Fr. A has pulled back to within 1 after being down 5 earlier today. Looks like we may be heading for the great debate, as neither is looking close to achieving a 2/3 majority.

I am calling Bishop Clark this morning and telling him that I a man and I would like to start interviewing 18 year old young women, who are interested in becoming a Sister of Mercy or Sister of Saint Joseph.

If you want him to accept your offer you might want to tell him your interviewing will not be limited to Sisters of mercy and Sisters of St. Joseph they can also apply for the Priesthood.

I found myself in a house of spirits this afternoon looking for a nice merlot (Of course for medicinal purpose) and the holy spirit led me to whole different isle. There was lemoncello!! I am for sure bringing it to the Cleansing Fire Christmas party. Thanks for the advise.

Your mentioning Christmas party made me remember that the holy season of Christmas is not far off and how people, especially companies and marketers, almost never use the word Christmas anymore and use Holiday instead.
I inquire to the manager whether their store will say "Merry Christmas" back to me when I say it first. If they don't, NO SALE!!
If I have to I will make them say "Merry Christmas" or I can raise quite a ruckus. This politically correct stuff has gone way to far. We should have dealt with this 20 years ago.
