Is this video a proposal for rebuilding Bishop Sheen's historic Altar at Sacred Heart Cathedral, after Bishop Clark retires?
Bishop Clark destroyed the beautiful altar during the "renovation" of the cathedral.
It always makes the hair on the back of Bishop Clark's neck stand up straight, when he hears the altar being referred to as "Bishop Sheen's Altar".
I don't know how a TLM could be celebrated using the current, box-shaped floating altar. Bishop Clark had this in his plans all along. Clark wanted to make the reforms of VII permanent in Rochester.

I wish we had some local priests who would carry out a transformation of their parish's altar like the one in the video.

That's right, Anon 12:54. We move the Novus Ordo altar to the side and use the High Altar. Some people refer to the Novus Ordo altar as the Cranmer Table..HAHAHAHAHA!!!
