Gotta Pick a Pocket or Two!

It's unfortunate the the DoR didn't realize the breadth and depth of Catholic contributions this year. Then again, in the words of Fr. Hart, "all the Catholics are leaving and becoming Mennonites in Canandaigua."

I think not.

They picked my pocket that's for sure. But that's what happens when your parish doesn't reach the CMA goal. No way one cent of my hard earned money was going to voluntarily go to pay for the destruction to Sacred Heart Cathedral.

I love the choir doing the backup vocals!

I've heard the Bishop wasn't able to confiscate any extra money from Our Lady of Victory's parish because they met and exceeded their goal. Anyone confirm this?

Confirmed.

In fact, OLV was something like 22 cents over the mark. I would bet money that Fr. Antinarelli put that in himself just to be able to say, "Yes, we got over 100% of our goal."

Fr. Hart does not sound like a friendly priest at all. In fact, everything he says of any significance seems to be doom and gloom or a snarky nasty remark. If priests are to demonstrate holiness throughout their lives, Fr. Hart is not doing a very good job of that.

Gen,

I will email you soon. I don't who Father Hart is. I hope you or someone else can shed some light. I am assuming he runs with grosswirth and Sister Joan.

Fr. Hart is a DoR Vicar General, #2 in command to Bishop Clark. He is a liturgical loophole master.

To Bishop Clark, From His Humble Servants:

"Prince of degredations, bought and sold,
These verses, written in your crumbling sty,
Proclaim the faith that I have held and hold,
And publish that in which I mean to die."
